The Role
This is a proactive position where you won’t need to wait to be told what to do. You will be the operational backbone of the Business Owner’s office—keeping everything organised, on track, and optimised for success. Your ability to adjust the plans, manage projects independently, and create systems that improve efficiency will be key to your success in this role.

Skills & Experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
Helpful but not a requirement
Experience in an Executive Assistant, Operations, or similar role
Strong proficiency with digital tools, including CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace.
Experience coordinating events or managing projects, and supporting senior leadership.

This is a contract role and therefore work arrangements are flexible (see role details below).
ROLE DETAILS
Location: Dunedin and surrounds - you can work wherever you like so long as you can be available for weekly meetings with the business owner in Dunedin.
Start Date: Immediate Start - we are looking to have this role filled and training begin before the end of February with a 12 month contract to begin with and the option to extend for the right person.

Pay Expectations
Starting at $40 per hour (dependent on successful applicant’s experience and skills) with the opportunity for incentives.
